Tiramisu Basque with Homemade Mochi

我們家的堤拉米蘇奶蓋，配～
醇厚濃鬱的咖啡與酒香，配～
灑在最上層的可可粉和口感煙靭的手工麻糬，
吃每一口也忍不住想高歌，
所以我地正式命名此蛋糕叫「拉蘇拉蘇化」！

「Tiramisù」在義大利原文裏有「拉我起來/帶我走」的意思
這種苦甜交雜、像人生的滋味不是很像一首歌嗎？

Our Tiramisu Basque with Homemade Mochi paired with rich and thick coffee and liquor aroma, sprinkled with cocoa powder on the top layer and chewy handmade mochi, with each bite, you can't help but want to sing out loud! Therefore we officially named this cake "La So La So Faa1"! "Tiramisù" in Italian originally means "lift me up/take me away." This bittersweet blend, the taste of life, isn't it much like a song?
